Getting started
Which platforms are Rajputx apps available on?
All three apps — NewsStand, YogaCare, and Ringtones for Android — are live on Google Play. iOS versions of NewsStand and YogaCare are in active development and will launch on the App Store later this year. Ringtones for Android will remain Android-only for obvious reasons.
Do I need an account to use the apps?
Most features work without one. Some of our apps do require a free sign-in or sign-up — if you don't already have an account, you'll be prompted to create one (no cost). Cloud sync and paid tiers also use the account.
What languages are supported?
Right now the apps ship in English. We're actively working on releases with support for more of the world's widely-spoken languages — if you'd like us to prioritise yours, write in and let us know.
What are the minimum device requirements?
Android 7.0 Nougat (API 24) or later. An active internet connection is required — most core features depend on network access.
Account & billing
Are the apps free?
Most of our apps are free forever. A few require an optional subscription to unlock specific premium features — the core experience stays free either way.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the Rajputx app → Cancel subscription. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period; no refund is issued for the remaining time, but you can keep using premium until it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility is handled by Google Play under their policy — you can usually request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly from the Play Store. If you've been charged by mistake or something is broken, write to us and we'll advocate on your behalf.
Will my subscription work on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same Google account used for the purchase and your subscription unlocks on every device tied to that account.
Privacy & data
What data do the apps collect?
As little as possible — anonymous crash reports, basic device info (OS version, country), and anything you explicitly choose to save. No tracking, no advertising SDKs, no selling data. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I export or delete my data?
Because almost everything lives on your device, uninstalling the app is usually enough to remove your data completely. For anything stored server-side (newsletter signups, support emails), send a request to privacy@rajputx.com and we'll process it within 30 days.
Do you share data with advertisers?
No. We don't embed advertising SDKs, we don't run behavioural profiling, and we don't sell data. The business model is paid features — not attention harvesting.
Troubleshooting
The app keeps crashing on launch. What do I do?
First try: force-quit the app, then relaunch. If it keeps crashing, check for an update in the Play Store — we push fast fixes. Still broken? Email support@rajputx.com with your device model and Android version and we'll look at the crash report directly.
Why won't Ringtones for Android set my ringtone?
Android requires the Modify system settings permission to change ringtones. The app will prompt for it the first time; if you declined, open the app's system settings and enable it manually, then try again.
NewsStand isn't loading articles.
Usually a network issue. Check your connection and pull to refresh. If a specific feed is broken, long-press the feed in the sidebar and tap Diagnose — NewsStand will fetch it with verbose logging so you can share the output with us.
YogaCare audio cuts out or won't play.
YogaCare plays calming background music alongside your sessions — there's no video. If the audio stutters, check your connection and make sure the app has audio permissions. You can also download any session for offline listening from the session screen.
Something else is broken.
Write to support@rajputx.com with a short description, the app name, and your device. We read every email. Bugs usually get a fix within the next release (we ship roughly every two weeks).
