1. The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Rajputx ("we", "us", an independent app studio) governing your use of our mobile applications — currently NewsStand, YogaCare, and Ringtones for Android — along with any future apps, this website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. That's really it.

2. Using our apps

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the app store policies under which you obtained the app (Google Play today; the App Store when we ship there).

You agree not to:

3. Accounts & data

Most Rajputx apps don't require an account — they run locally on your device. Where an account or sign-in is offered (for cloud sync or personalised features), you're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

4. Your content

Some apps let you create or save content — bookmarks, playlists, saved articles, custom ringtones you've made, and similar. You own that content. We don't claim rights to it.

To the extent we need to store, back up, or display your content for the Service to work (for example, syncing your saved articles across devices), you grant us a limited licence to do so. That licence ends when you delete the content or the account.

5. Purchases & subscriptions

If an app offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, those transactions happen through Google Play (or the App Store, when available). The store handles billing, taxes, and refunds under its own terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Services — including the app code, design, artwork, name "Rajputx", and the logo — are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services; nothing more.

Third-party content shown inside the apps (news articles in NewsStand, for instance) belongs to the respective publishers. We surface and link to it; we don't claim ownership.

7. Warranty & liability

We work hard to make the Services reliable, but we provide them "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly compatible with every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rajputx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability, for any claim relating to the Services, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for our free apps, is zero).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including consumer-protection rights you have in your country.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Services any time — just uninstall the app. We can suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, or if we have to shut a service down. We'll give reasonable notice where we can.

Sections on intellectual property, liability, and anything that by its nature should survive, will survive termination.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally — to reflect new features, legal requirements, or clearer wording. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll give notice in-app or by email where possible. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
